You can respond to a request in two ways:
Both forms are identical in functionality and designed to look the same.
Let’s review the process of responding to a request using CR3 form as an example.
Open the form Process Flow->Requests -> Request Management in the Windows Client. If you have a certain responsibility for a current step of a current request then My Response button will be enabled for you in the toolbar.
Click on My Response in the toolbar

Depending on your role in the process flow, and which is the current step of the request, a set of options will be available:
|Approver||Approve, Clarify, Rework, Submit, Reject|
|Responsible||Recommend to Approve, Recommend to Clarify, Recommend to Reject, Recommend to Rework, Recommend to Submit|
|Consultant||Recommend to Approve, Recommend to Clarify, Recommend to Reject, Recommend to Rework, Recommend to Submit|
When you select one of the options, your response will be logged in the Status grid and the request will be updated to reflect your action.
If a process flow is disabled, the My Response button will be disabled and an informational message will be displayed next to the request.

The web form is identical in functionality to CR3 form and can be found on Pims portal under, for example, Pims Modules->Process Flow->Search Requests. Enter some text in the search field and click Search.
Once a request is found you can click on Request ID or Title and another tab will be opened with request details. Click on the My Response button to take action on the request.
